1 The challenge

Auditing training organizations is a fascinating profession, guaranteeing the quality of the training provided in France, according to very precise standards. The problem was that certifiers had to spend a considerable amount of time on numerous manual tasks, drastically reducing the time they had available to audit customers properly. In fact, from e-mail exchanges to sending documents, organizing appointments, reminders, internal planning and reporting for traceability purposes, the certifiers' day-to-day activities were too cluttered with ancillary and administrative tasks, limiting their performance and reducing their auditing capacity.

Certifopac therefore called on Better & More to come up with a solution to reduce and automate as many repetitive and time-consuming tasks as possible, so that certifiers could concentrate on what they do best: auditing.

2 The solution

After numerous contextual discussions and an in-depth analysis of the challenges and problems faced by auditors on a day-to-day basis, we began to imagine a solution that would be both useful to employees and to customers wishing to obtain certification.
